## FAQ—Couples Photo Session

**What does a couples photo session cost?**

The couples session is only €79 — including make-up for one person, the session with 80–100 shots, and one fully retouched, full-resolution digital image. Make-up for the second person can be added for €25. No obligation to buy more. See the full price list on our [pricing page](https://www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/en/pricing/).

**How long does a couples session take?**

Plan on about 2 hours from the start of your appointment: roughly 30 minutes of make-up, about an hour of shooting, and roughly 30 minutes to pick your photos on screen. Plenty of time to relax and warm up.

**We are both shy in front of the camera. Will it still work?**

Absolutely — that is actually the norm. Our photographer guides both of you through every pose with clear cues. After 5–10 minutes the initial awkwardness usually fades. There’s a welcome glass of sparkling wine if you need a little longer. 😉

**What should we wear?**

Avoid wild patterns and large logos. Coordinated (not identical!) tones photograph beautifully — both in earth tones, or one dark + one light outfit. Bring 2–3 outfits each for variety.

**Can we do playful or quirky photos too?**

Yes, very much so. Just let the photographer know upfront which direction you want—romantic and classic, playful and funny, or something more sensual. A mix of styles is always doable. This is your session—we follow your lead.

**Can I gift a couples photo session?**

Yes—perfect for anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, engagements, or as a surprise. The PDF voucher arrives by email immediately, is transferable, and is valid for at least 3 years. [Buy a gift voucher →](https://www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/en/checkout/paar/?flow=gift)

**Where does the couples session take place?**

In our private studio in Hamburg-Altona: Beerenweg 1E, 22761 Hamburg. Easy to reach by public transit: the Bornkampsweg bus stop (lines 2 and 3) is practically across the street, and S-Bahn Ottensen and Diebsteich are a 10- to 15-minute walk. Free parking nearby.
