Click any question to see the answer. **Is there really only one photo included?** The price shown covers the base fee for the session—the team’s work and your time in the studio—plus your favorite photo from all the shots taken (\~80–100) as a high-resolution digital file. **What do additional photos cost?** Additional photos can be purchased individually or as part of a photo package. Depending on quantity, format, and extras, the per-image price ranges from €5 to €30. See the full price list here: [Our photo packages →](https://www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/en/pricing/) **Can the photos be taken outside?** These sessions take place in our conveniently located studio in Hamburg-Altona. That includes the session with 80–100 shots and one fully retouched, full-resolution digital image. Make-up can be added per person for €25. No obligation to buy more. See the full price list on our [pricing page](https://www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/en/pricing/). **How many people can join the session?** No upper limit. We have shot families of 2 and big extended families of 12+. The price stays €79 either way. For very large groups (10+) please give us a heads-up so we can prepare the studio. **How long does a family session take?** Plan on about 2 hours from the start of your appointment. We photograph for about 60–90 minutes, a bit longer with small kids so there’s time for breaks and play. After that, you’ll spend roughly 30 minutes picking your photos with us on screen—again, no time pressure. **What should we wear?** Avoid wild patterns and stark color contrasts within the family. Coordinated tones (for example, everyone in earth tones or everyone in white) photograph beautifully together. Kids can wear their favorite outfit — authenticity beats perfection. **Can babies or newborns be photographed too?** Absolutely — we have a diaper-changing area, a warm and quiet studio room, and we take whatever time the baby needs. Newborns are photographed right here in the family session; for maternity photos on their own, see our dedicated [maternity session](https://www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/en/maternity-photo-session/). **Can I gift a family photo session?** Yes — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, or as a surprise. The PDF voucher arrives by email immediately, is transferable, and is valid for at least 3 years. [Buy a gift voucher →](https://www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/en/checkout/family/?flow=gift) **Where does the family session take place?** In our private studio in Hamburg-Altona: Beerenweg 1E, 22761 Hamburg. Easy to reach by public transit: the Bornkampsweg bus stop (lines 2 and 3) is practically across the street, and S-Bahn Ottensen and Diebsteich are a 10- to 15-minute walk. Free parking nearby.
