By clicking “SPIN” you accept these terms. ## Operator BEAUTYSHOTS Hamburg Beerenweg 1E 22761 Hamburg-Altona Germany Email: hamburg@beauty-shots.de Represented by: Alexander Kirsch-Clayton ## Eligibility Open to natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Employees of BEAUTYSHOTS Hamburg are excluded. Participation is free and does not require a voucher purchase. Anyone who bought a voucher, booked a shoot or received a refund within the last 15 days cannot win a discount code during that period; a spin during that time does not count as your entry and can be taken once the 15 days have passed. ## Period The Wheel of Fortune runs as an ongoing promotion. We reserve the right to change, pause, or end the game at any time without prior notice—particularly in cases of technical failure, manipulation, or any other reason that prevents proper operation. ## How it works You enter your name and email address, click “SPIN”, and the wheel spins. Your chance of winning a discount code is around 70%; the top prize (100% off) is very rare. On a win, your discount code is shown immediately and also sent to the email address you provided. ## Prizes The possible prizes are discount codes for the purchase of a BEAUTYSHOTS photo-session voucher: - 100% off (very rare—top prize) - 90% off - 60% off - 30% off - “No win” ## Redeeming discount codes Discount codes can only be redeemed when buying a BEAUTYSHOTS voucher via [our online voucher shop](https://www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/en/photo-sessions/). They cannot be applied to other services, combined with other promotions, transferred to third parties, or paid out in cash. A code is valid for 30 days from issuance; once expired, it will not be replaced. ## Multiple entries One entry per person within twelve months. Anyone who enters again during that period—including with a different email address—cannot win a discount code. In cases of abuse or for good cause we may exclude people from taking part; they cannot win a discount code either. Multiple entries with different email addresses void all codes won as a result; orders already placed with such codes may be canceled. ## Data processing We process your name and email address to run the prize draw and send you the discount code, and your IP address as a shortened hash to detect repeat entries and abuse. We delete this information after twelve months; it may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days longer. You will receive marketing emails—including a consolation offer if you don’t win—only if you have separately and expressly agreed to this on the Wheel of Fortune page; we keep the record of that consent for as long as you receive such emails. For details see our [Privacy Policy](https://www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/en/privacy/). ## Liability Beyond the delivery of the discount code we accept no liability for missed prizes, delays, or technical failures, except where caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. ## Legal recourse Legal recourse is excluded. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash. ## Changes to these terms We reserve the right to amend these terms with prospective effect where legally or operationally required. The version published on this page at the time of participation applies. ## Final provisions These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
