Right of Withdrawal

This notice applies to consumers who have purchased a voucher via the online shop at www.beautyshots-hamburg.de. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity (§ 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB).

Controlling language. The legally binding version of this notice is the German text published at www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/widerrufsbelehrung/. This English text is provided for the convenience of non-German-speaking customers; in case of any conflict between the two language versions, the German text governs.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

— by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but doing so is not mandatory.

Online withdrawal. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our electronic withdrawal function at www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/en/withdrawal/. If you use this online function, we will send you, on a durable medium (typically by email), an immediate acknowledgment of receipt containing the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of receipt (cf. § 356a BGB, statutorily mandatory from 19 June 2026; already provided by us today).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal of this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. Once the reimbursement is paid out, the voucher — to the extent it has not yet been redeemed — is invalidated.
