Right of Withdrawal

This notice applies to consumers who have purchased a voucher via the online shop at www.beautyshots-hamburg.de. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB).

Controlling language. The legally binding version of this notice is the German text published at www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/widerrufsbelehrung/. This English text is provided for the convenience of non-German-speaking customers; in the event of any conflict between the two language versions, the German text governs.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

—by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but doing so is not mandatory.

Online withdrawal. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our electronic withdrawal function at www.beautyshots-hamburg.de/en/withdrawal/. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (typically by email), setting out the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of receipt (see § 356a BGB, which becomes mandatory on 19 June 2026; we already provide this today).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. Once the reimbursement has been made, the voucher—to the extent that it has not already been redeemed—becomes invalid.
