A beauty photo session is a professional portrait shoot — our make-up artist gets you camera-ready, then our photographer guides you through every pose. Can the photos be taken outside?
These offers cover sessions in our well-located studio in Hamburg-Altona. If the weather cooperates, we can shoot nearby — we know plenty of great backdrop spots. For a dedicated outdoor session at the Hamburg harbour, HafenCity, or anywhere else in Hamburg, contact us and we’ll put together a custom quote.

A beauty session at BEAUTYSHOTS Hamburg is only €79. That includes professional make-up by our artist, the session itself with 80–100 captures, and one fully-retouched digital image at full resolution. How long does a beauty photo session take?
Plan on roughly 2 hours total. Make-up runs about 20–35 minutes, the actual session with the photographer about 30–60 minutes, and the on-screen image selection follows right after. Allow plenty of time so the experience stays unhurried.
Is make-up included?
Yes — professional make-up by our experienced artist is included in every beauty session. Please arrive without make-up so the artist can work on a fresh base. Hair styling is not included.
How should I prepare for the session?
Arrive without make-up. Bring 2–3 outfits for variety. Avoid tight bra straps and sock cuffs that leave marks on the skin. Wash your hair the morning of the session, but skip heavy styling product.
Do I need modeling experience?
Not at all. Our photographer directs every pose with clear cues for posture, gaze, and expression. Even if you feel awkward in front of a camera, things relax within minutes — natural, professional images are very achievable.
Can I gift a beauty photo session?
