About the shoot

How much does a photo session cost?

Shoots start at €49 (CV photos) and €59 (Portrait). Most shoots are €79, including make-up and one fully-retouched digital image. Full pricing at Photo Prices & Packages.

How long does a shoot take?

The duration is standardized per shoot type. Beauty / Pretty Woman / Boudoir / Couples / Maternity / Model / Best Friends / JGA Studio: ~2 hours total (make-up + shoot + review). CV photos: 30–60 minutes.

What should I wear?

Bring 2–3 outfits you feel great in—at least one matching the mood you’re after. Our photographer will help you pick on-site.

Is make-up included?

For most shoots yes (Pretty Woman, Real Man, Boudoir, Couples, Maternity, Model). For Family and Business shoots it is an optional add-on at €25 per person.

Am I obliged to buy more images?

No. One fully-retouched image is included in every shoot. Any additional images are your call, reviewed together after the session, zero pressure.

Booking

How do I book a slot?

Fastest: pick a shoot on Photo Sessions, place a paid booking, then pick your slot in the calendar. Appointments are online-only—phone bookings are not typical.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA direct debit (all via Stripe). In the studio: cash, EC card, credit card.

When do I get my confirmation?

Instantly by email—includes the voucher PDF, invoice, terms, and right-of-withdrawal notice.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Up to 24 hours before the slot you can reschedule or cancel free of charge—right from the link in your confirmation email. After that (or for a no-show) a €49 fee applies. Your voucher stays valid either way.

Vouchers

How long is the voucher valid?

Legally three years until the end of the respective calendar year (BGB statute of limitations). We accept expired vouchers as a courtesy too.

Can I give the voucher as a gift?

Yes—all our vouchers are transferable. The voucher PDF arrives via email and is easy to forward or print. Pick the "Give as a gift" option at checkout.

I have a Groupon or Glücksrad code—now what?

Head to Redeem Voucher, enter your code, and pick your slot in the calendar.

I lost my code.

Reach us via the contact form with your name and approximate purchase date—we usually find it fast.

The studio

Where is the shoot held?

At our studio in Hamburg-Altona, Beerenweg 1E, 22761 Hamburg. Free parking nearby, easy to reach via public transit.

Walk-ins?

Not possible—appointments only. That protects your privacy and our other clients'.
