About the session

How much does a photo session cost?

Sessions start at €49 (CV photos) and €59 (Portrait). Most sessions are €79, including make-up and one fully retouched digital image. Full pricing at Photo Prices & Packages.

How long does a session take?

It depends on the session. Beauty / Pretty Woman / Boudoir / Couples / Maternity / Model / Best Friends / Bachelorette (Studio): around 2 hours in total (make-up, photos, and review). CV photos: 30–60 minutes.

What should I wear?

We don’t supply clothing, so bring 2–3 outfits you feel great in—at least one matching the mood you’re after. That goes for lingerie and maternity dresses too. Our photographer will help you pick on-site.

Is make-up included?

For most sessions yes (Pretty Woman, Real Man, Boudoir, Couples, Maternity, Model). For Family and Business sessions it is an optional add-on at €25 per person.

Am I obliged to buy more images?

No. One fully retouched image is included in every session. Any additional images are your call, reviewed together afterward, zero pressure.

How big can the group be for a Bachelorette or Bachelor session?

Up to 6 people are included; each extra person is €15. There is no hard cap—if there will be 7 or more of you, just ask us first via the contact form.

Do you photograph weddings?

Yes—weddings are quoted individually, €1,200–2,800, covering Hamburg and roughly 100 km around it with no travel fee. There’s no off-the-shelf wedding package: the details are on Wedding photographer in Hamburg, and you send your enquiry through the contact form.

What session do I book for a new baby?

We photograph newborns as part of a family session—that’s what you book. There’s no separate newborn product.

What if I don’t like my photos?

Then we sort it out together—usually a second session with a different team, or your money back. Just tell us via the contact form.

Do you take biometric passport photos?

No—we don’t do biometric ID or visa photos. CV photos are a different thing, starting at €49.

Do you offer drone shots?

No—drone and aerial work isn’t something we do. Everything we do offer is on the Photo Sessions page.

Do I get the RAW files?

No—we don’t hand over RAW files. What you get are the finished, retouched images.

Is there a minimum age?

Nude and boudoir sessions are 18 and over, no exceptions. Every other session is open to under-18s: bring written consent from a parent or legal guardian to the appointment, plus an ID copy—a photo of it is fine—and we'll check both in the studio. Better still, have a parent or guardian come along.

Can I put the photos on my company website?

Yes for a Business session—commercial usage rights for the included digital image come with it. Not for a CV session: that image is meant for your own job applications. On any session, commercial usage rights can be added for a flat €35 per image (see Photo Prices & Packages).

Booking

How do I book a slot?

Fastest: pick a session on Photo Sessions, choose a free slot straight from the calendar, then pay securely online. You can see exactly what’s available before you pay. Booking is online-only—we don’t usually take appointments by phone.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA direct debit (all via Stripe). In the studio: cash, debit card (girocard), or credit card.

When do I get my confirmation?

Instantly by email—includes the voucher PDF, invoice, terms, and right-of-withdrawal notice.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Rescheduling is always free—even at short notice, straight from the link in your confirmation email. Canceling is free up to 24 hours before your session; after that, or if you don’t show, there’s a €49 fee. Your voucher stays valid either way.

Can I book by phone?

No—we take bookings online only, through the website. You’ll see exactly which times are free, and the slot is confirmed the moment you pay. We can’t take walk-ins either.

Vouchers

How long is the voucher valid?

By law, three years—through the end of the relevant calendar year (the BGB limitation period). And as a courtesy, we accept expired vouchers too.

Can I give the voucher as a gift?

Yes—all our vouchers are transferable. The voucher PDF arrives via email and is easy to forward or print. Pick the “Give as a gift” option at checkout.

I have a voucher or Groupon code—how do I redeem it?

Head to Redeem Voucher (short link: hh-bs.de), enter your code, add your details, and pick your slot straight from the calendar—all in one go.

I have a discount code from our Glücksrad prize wheel (GR-…)—how do I use it?

A Glücksrad code is a discount code, not a voucher, so it doesn’t go on the redeem page. Pick your session first, then enter the code in the “Promo code” field on the payment page—the discount applies automatically (same when buying a gift voucher).

I lost my code.

Reach us via the contact form with your name and approximate purchase date—we usually find it fast.

Can I get a printed voucher?

Vouchers are PDF only—we don’t mail a printed copy. Print it yourself if you want something to hand over.

The studio

Where is the session held?

At our studio in Hamburg-Altona, Beerenweg 1E, 22761 Hamburg. Free parking nearby, easy to reach by public transportation.

Walk-ins?

Sorry, no—we’re appointment-only. That protects your privacy, and everyone else’s.

How do I reach you?

Will you come to us for a shoot?
