The price shown covers the base fee for the session—the team’s work and your time in the studio—plus your favorite photo from all the shots taken (~80–100) as a high-resolution digital file.
What do additional photos cost?

Can the photos be taken outside?
These sessions take place in our conveniently located studio in Hamburg-Altona. If the weather cooperates, we’re happy to shoot nearby—we know plenty of great backdrop spots. For a dedicated outdoor session at the Hamburg harbour, HafenCity, or anywhere else in Hamburg, contact us and we’ll put together a custom quote.

What does a business headshot session cost?
The business session is only €149 per person—including 80–100 shots, one fully retouched, full-resolution digital image, and commercial usage rights. For teams of 5+ we offer tiered group rates—get in touch for a tailored quote.
What usage rights do I get?
Full commercial usage rights for the included images—unlimited in time and territory: LinkedIn, Xing, company website, business cards, print collateral, application materials. Transferring the rights to a third party (e.g. another company) isn’t included—though that rarely comes up. A written usage agreement is delivered with the image files.
How long does a business headshot session take?
Plan on about 60 minutes per person — including outfit changes and backdrop variations. For team sessions, expect about 30–45 minutes per person depending on group size. A 5-person team typically takes about 3 hours.
What should I wear?
What you’d wear on a normal workday—match your industry and level. A suit and shirt is a classic that always works; in tech, a simple sweater or open-collar shirt is fine. Bring 2–3 outfits to choose from. Make-up is not included but can be added for €25.
Can you shoot at our office instead?
We shoot on site only in exceptional cases, and it carries a surcharge—our studio in Hamburg-Altona is optimized for headshots and delivers more consistent results than an office session. Get in touch if you’d like to explore an on-site session.
How quickly are the photos delivered?
You pick your included image on screen right after the session and receive the retouched file as a download within 5 business days. Any additional images you buy follow the same timeline.
