The displayed price covers the base fee for the session — the team’s work and your time at the studio — plus your favourite image from all captures taken (~80–100) as a high-resolution digital file.

What do additional photos cost?

Can the photos be taken outside?

These offers cover sessions in our well-located studio in Hamburg-Altona. If the weather cooperates, we can shoot nearby — we know plenty of great backdrop spots. For a dedicated outdoor session at the Hamburg harbour, HafenCity, or anywhere else in Hamburg, contact us and we’ll put together a custom quote.

What does a business headshot session cost?

The business session is only €149 per person — including the session with 80–100 captures, one fully-retouched, full-resolution digital image, and commercial usage rights. For teams of 5+ we offer tiered group rates — write us for a tailored quote.

Which usage rights do I receive?

Time- and territory-unlimited commercial usage rights for the included images: LinkedIn, Xing, company website, business cards, print collateral, application materials. Transfer to third parties (e.g. another company) is not included, but rarely relevant. A written usage agreement is delivered with the image files.

How long does a business headshot session take?

Plan on about 60 minutes per person — including outfit changes and backdrop variations. For team shoots, expect about 30–45 minutes per person depending on group size. A 5-person team typically takes about 3 hours.

What should I wear?

What you would wear in your day-to-day at work — match your industry and level. Suit + shirt always works classically; in tech, a clean sweater or open-collar shirt is fine. Bring 2–3 outfits to choose from. Make-up is not included but can be added for €25.

Can you shoot at our office instead?

On-site shoots are exception-only and incur a surcharge — our studio in Hamburg-Altona is optimized for headshots and delivers more consistent results than an office shoot. Write us if you want to consider on-site.

How quickly are the photos delivered?

You select the included image right after the session on-screen and receive it retouched within 5 business days via download. Additional purchased images follow on the same timeline.
