Wheel of Fortune Terms
These terms govern your participation in the Wheel of Fortune game on <a href="/en/wheel-of-fortune/">/en/wheel-of-fortune/</a> by BEAUTYSHOTS Fotostudios LLC ("we", "us"). By clicking "SPIN" you accept these terms.

Eligibility
Open to natural persons aged 18 or over with a residence in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Employees of BEAUTYSHOTS Fotostudios LLC and our partner studio are excluded. Participation is free and does not require a voucher purchase.
Period
The Wheel of Fortune is available on a rolling basis. We reserve the right to change, pause, or end the game at any time without prior notice — particularly in cases of technical failure, manipulation, or any other reason that prevents proper operation.
How it works
You enter your email address, click "SPIN", and the wheel turns. Win probability is around 70%. On a win, your discount code is shown immediately and also sent to the email address you provided.
Prizes
Possible prizes are discount codes for the purchase of a BEAUTYSHOTS photo-session voucher:
- 100% off (very rare — top prize)
- 90% off
- 60% off
- 30% off
- "No win — try again"
Redeeming discount codes
Discount codes can only be redeemed when buying a BEAUTYSHOTS voucher via our online voucher shop. They cannot be applied to other services, combined with other promotions, transferred to third parties, or paid out in cash. A code is valid for 30 days from issuance and expires after that without replacement.
Multiple entries
One entry per person. Multiple entries with different email addresses void all codes won as a result; orders already placed with such codes may be cancelled.
Data processing
We process only your email address (to send the code) and, where applicable, your IP address (to limit abuse). You will receive marketing emails only if you separately and actively confirmed this on the Wheel of Fortune page (double opt-in). For details see our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Beyond the delivery of the discount code we accept no liability for missed prizes, delays, or technical failures, except where caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
Legal recourse
No legal recourse. Cash pay-out of prizes is excluded.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms with effect for the future where legally or operationally required. The version published on this page at the time of participation applies.
Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
