From the start of your booked appointment time, a bodybuilding session at our studio runs like this:
- Arrival. You come to the studio in Hamburg-Altona, Beerenweg 1E, exactly at your booked time—not earlier, and not much later. We’ll offer you something to drink when you arrive: coffee, tea, water, orange juice or apple juice.
- Grooming or make-up. Real Man includes professional grooming; Beauty includes professional make-up. We discuss the look you want at the start, so the preparation fits your chosen session.
- Photography. Our photographer helps you build each pose, adjusting your stance, the camera angle, and the light. You can try different backgrounds and change outfits to suit your ideas.
- Image selection, about 30 minutes. Right after the session you sit down with us at the screen and choose your photos. Additional images are optional, and there’s never an obligation to buy.
All together, that’s about 2 hours from the start of your appointment. The time you pick in the booking calendar is when your appointment starts—not a time window, just the beginning.

When do I get my photos?
Photos you choose with us at the studio are delivered right after your appointment, digitally and in full resolution. Any prints you order are made in the studio on a high-quality photo printer and go home with you immediately. Through the online gallery, photos arrive within one week. We keep your photos for four weeks after your session, and longer only if you explicitly ask. This lets you plan your selection around the process rather than assume the files stay available indefinitely.

How soon can I book an appointment?

Do I need posing experience?
No. Our photographer guides you through the poses and adjusts your stance, expression, and angle with you. You can suggest changes, bring reference pictures, and say when a pose does not feel right.
